Steel sheets used in the cabinets are milled and scoured, and they are polished, greased and suitable for molding. 

Electrostatic powder paint is used on scoured sheet. The cabinet has four embossed footings on the bottom corners in order to prevent any contact between the bottom surface of the cabinet and the floor. The shelves are fixed and demounted. The doors are sliding and they can be opened towards both sides. Each shelf has 50 kg bearing capacity and the total bearing capacity is 150 kg. 14 folders (75 mm) can be placed on each shelf and the cabinet has a 42 folders capacity in total.

Before the painting process, the main body and the doors are cleaned and covered with protector. Then it is painted with electrostatic powder paint with min. 50 micron thickness.

In all metal sections, parts are welded right at their squares and spot welding is applied in a way that the upper and the lower parts and the shelves are parallel with each other.
