Steel sheets used in the cabinets are cold-milled and they are entirely scoured, polished, greased and they are suitable for molding.

Electrostatic powder paint is used on scoured sheet. The cabinet has plastic footings on the bottom corners in order to prevent any contact between the bottom surface of the cabinet and the floor. Under the shelves there is a bar apparatus for hangers that will be used by the user for hanging clothes. On the doors, there are louver holes for air ingress and egress and a name tag. Locking system is padlocked, and the padlocks are not included in the product.

Before the painting process, the main body and the doors are cleaned and covered with protector. Then it is painted with electrostatic powder paint with min. 50 micron thickness.

In all metal sections, parts are welded right at their squares and spot welding is applied in a way that the upper and the lower parts and the shelves are parallel with each other.
