Steel sheets used in the cabinets are milled and scoured, and they are polished, greased and suitable for molding. 

Electrostatic powder paint is used on scoured sheet. The cabinet has plastic footings on the bottom corners in order to prevent any contact between the bottom surface of the cabinet and the floor. Shelves are placed on the strips on two sides, their distance is adjustable and they are demounted. Doors have been designed to be opened 180° and their hinges are hidden in a way that they will not be seen from the outer surface. Each shelf has 40 kg bearing capacity and the total bearing capacity is 200 kg. 

Before the painting process, the main body and the doors are cleaned and covered with protector. Then it is painted with electrostatic powder paint with min. 50 micron thickness.

In all metal sections, parts are welded right at their squares and spot welding is applied in a way that the upper and the lower parts and the shelves are parallel with each other.
