Steel sheets used on the benches are milled and scoured, and they are polished, greased and suitable for molding. 

Electrostatic powder paint is used on the scoured sheet and profile. 

Before the painting process, the main body is cleaned and covered with protector. Then they are painted with electrostatic powder paint with min. 50 micron thickness.
