Steel sheets used in the cabinets are cold-milled and they are entirely scoured, polished, greased and they are suitable for molding.

Electrostatic powder paint is used on scoured sheet. There are wheels at the bottom of the caisson. The cabinet has a central locking system. The front of the drawers is metal sheet plate. On the top there is a plate made of melamine coated chipboard.

Before the painting process, the main body and the doors are cleaned and covered with protector. Then it is painted with electrostatic powder paint with min. 50 micron thickness.

In all metal sections, parts are welded right at their squares and spot welding is applied in a way that the upper and the lower parts and the shelves are parallel with each other.
