In order to provide movements of the cabinets, it is sufficient to slightly turn flywheel used in the cabinets and fixed in outer surface. Compact system is locked by central locks. Dusting of files is prevented by insert rubber bands between cabinets.

It is manufactured as welded construction by shaping from A1 quality sheet metal. Parts serving as main carrier body of the outer frame of the car, extending vertically to rail system are manufactured from 2 mm sheet metal.

Rubber gaskets against dusting between cabinets and in a style to prevent sound when the cabinets strike one another are used. There is security mechanism to prevent leaving of the car out of the rail during usage. Rails are manufactured from 50×16 mm specifically prepared metal sheet.

Paint

Electrostatic powder paint is used in painting. Rails and cars are painted in black. Cabinet body is in gray color. Outer panels may be in gray, blue colors.

Delivery

The procedures of transportation and installation of the system in place are performed by our company. The system is delivered to the user as turn-key, in operating state.
